Abby is a registered dietitian, exercise physiologist, strength coach, and personal trainer with over ten years of experience in the nutrition and fitness industry. Abby holds a master's degree in nutrition and biomedical sciences and is currently pursuing a doctorate in the same field. Her expertise in nutrition encompasses autoimmune diseases, disordered eating, sports nutrition, drug and nutrient metabolism, and general population nutrition.
Our approach focuses on creating habits that you can maintain for life.
